1. Shipping Coverage & Destination
We currently ship our server hardware products primarily to the Middle East region (including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, etc.). If you are outside this region, please contact our support team before placing an order.
2. Package Specifications & Shipping Costs
Due to the compact yet dense and high-precision nature of our server hardware, shipping fees are calculated based on the actual weight and volumetric dimensions at checkout.
- Product Dimensions: 200 x 200 x 80 mm (Compact high-density unit)
- Package Dimensions (Carton): 450 x 270 x 160 mm (Securely packed with professional anti-shock protection)
- Gross Weight: Approx. 4.0 kg per unit (Including protective packaging)
Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed automatically at checkout according to your specific Middle Eastern destination.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
- Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (for testing, secure anti-static and anti-shock packaging, and quality check).
- Transit Time: Typically 5–9 business days depending on the destination country in the Middle East and local customs clearance speed.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on the destination country (e.g., KSA, UAE):
- Import duties, VAT, or local clearance fees may apply upon delivery.
- Unless otherwise stated at checkout (DDP terms), the recipient/buyer is responsible for paying any applicable local customs duties and taxes to the courier or local customs office.
5. Delivery Inspection
Given the precision and sensitivity of server hardware, please inspect the outer packaging (450x270x160mm carton) upon receipt. If the package shows severe damage or deformation that may impact the internal unit, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at svr@comcube.cc .
